Do you ship worlwide?
Yes! We ship internationally and all orders are sent with tracked shipping. International shipping is $25 AUD.
Do you do shipping discounts?
Yes! There is free shipping on orders above $120 in Australia.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

How long will shipping take?
We aim to ship all our orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been sent (check spam folders as well!) along with tracking information.
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes up to 7 days from dispatch.
Express shipping is around 1-3 days.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?
Once your order has been sent you will receive the tracking number to follow your order in a shipment confirmation email. All items are sent with tracked shipping. Please contact us at sabsshop@hotmail.com if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame
What happens if my package is lost?
In case of lost or stolen shipment, please contact us at sabsshop@hotmail.com and we will help you to try and find your package via the tracking number or by contacting the shipping company. In case the package is officially declared as lost by the shipping company we will issue either a full refund or a refund in credit store depending on your preference.
I made a mistake in my shipping address information at checkout. Can I change it?
If you realise that you've made an error in your shipping address during the checkout process, we urge you to contact us immediately. We can make corrections to the shipping address if the package has not been dispatched.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments from any major card via Shopify Payments (Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, etc), Amex or via Paypal. Afterpay is also available on all orders!
